Explicit Consent and Commercial Electronic Message Permission
This is a courtesy translation. In case of any inconsistency, the Turkish text prevails.
Summary
This permission is ENTIRELY OPTIONAL; withholding it has no effect whatsoever on your application or your credit. If you give it, Onysoft may send you product, campaign and program announcements by e-mail. You can withdraw it in one step from the link in every message or by writing to info@onysoft.com.

1. What the Permission Covers
1.1
Under Law no. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the related Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, I permit Onysoft Veri Merkezi Sistemleri Yazılım Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("Onysoft") to send me commercial electronic messages.
1.2
Messages covered by the permission:
- (a)Announcements of new models, features and prices,
- (b)Campaign and discount announcements,
- (c)Developer programs and event invitations,
- (d)Technical content and usage examples.
1.3
Messages are sent only to the e-mail address registered on your account.
Transactional notices about your account (application received, result, credit loaded, security alert, invoice) are NOT commercial electronic messages and continue to be sent independently of this permission.
2. Withdrawing the Permission
2.1
You may withdraw the permission at any time without giving a reason: from the link at the end of every commercial message, or by writing to info@onysoft.com.
2.2
A withdrawal request is processed within three business days at the latest.
2.3
Withdrawing the permission does not affect your application, your evaluation or your credit.
Consent and withdrawal records are retained as consent evidence and are not deleted.
