If you are building something with AI, we do not want model costs to stop you. This program gives a total of 30,000 TRY in usage credit to developers building in Türkiye. Not a contest — support.
Why this program?
The quietest obstacle to turning an idea into working software is the cost of trying. As the model bill grows the number of experiments falls; as experiments fall the product stops improving. The only purpose of this program is to remove that obstacle.
Experiment first, count later
The credit is loaded directly onto your account. Try prompts, compare models and debug without worrying about the bill.
Priority for building in Turkish
Projects that work in Turkish, serve users in Türkiye and handle data with KVKK in mind receive additional points in the evaluation.
Support for real work
We are looking for something that works, not a pitch deck. Even a small running demo, a repository or a screen recording matters more than anything else.

Credit tiers
A total of 30,000 TRY in usage credit is distributed among 14 developers in three tiers. 2,000 TRY is set aside as an evaluation reserve.

Onysoft decides how the evaluation reserve is used; it may not be distributed at all.
Where is the credit valid?
The credit is loaded as a balance onto an Onysoft project opened in your name. You see the key in your dashboard.
Claude models
The Claude models in the Onysoft catalogue. The allowed model list is defined on the project and communicated to you.
:tr models
Turkish models running on Onysoft's own infrastructure. Selected developers are given a raised :tr request limit for the duration of the program.
Requests outside the list are rejected
The allowed model list is an exact match. A request for a model that is not on the list is rejected and nothing is deducted from the balance.
Term and limits
The credit is valid for 6 months from the date it is loaded.

How do we evaluate?
Applications are scored out of 100 against five criteria. We publish the criteria and their weights up front so that the scoring holds no surprises.

Rules
Short and clear. The full text is in the Program Rules and Participation Terms.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a contest?
No. The purpose is to support developers. Because the budget is limited we do have to rank applications, but the setup is not a contest: we talk to everyone, we publish the criteria up front and we give the scoring rationale to anyone who asks.
Will I receive money?
No. What is given is not cash but a balance valid for model usage on Onysoft. It cannot be converted to cash, transferred or refunded.
I do not have a working product yet. Can I apply?
You can, but you will score low on the first criterion (is the project real, 30 points). Even a small demo, a public repository or a two-minute screen recording makes a difference.
I have never used Onysoft. Do I stand a chance?
Yes. The second criterion is 25 of 100 points; an application with no usage scores 0 there and is evaluated on the remaining 75. We weighted it towards consistency rather than volume, so generating artificial traffic right before applying does not help — it is flagged in the panel.
Which models can I spend the credit on?
Claude models and :tr models. The allowed model list is defined on your project and communicated to you; requests outside the list are rejected and nothing is deducted.
Were not :tr models free?
They are free today. They will be priced from 1 November 2026, and after that date you can spend your credit on :tr models too. Selected developers also get a raised :tr request limit for the duration of the program.
Can we apply as a team?
Yes, but one person applies on behalf of the team and the credit is loaded onto that person's account. Multiple applications for the same project are not accepted.
What will the interview be like?
During November, by phone, video call or in writing. Expect to walk us through the project and to be asked what you will spend the credit on. An applicant who does not respond to two invitations is excluded from the evaluation.
If my application is rejected, is my data deleted?
No. Application records are kept indefinitely, and we say so plainly in the privacy notice. The reason is that the basis of a credit decision must stay demonstrable. Your erasure requests are assessed separately under articles 7 and 11 of the KVKK.
If I am selected, will my name be announced?
Only if you permit it. Case study and reference permission is optional and does not affect acceptance; without it your name and project are not shared publicly.
