Program Rules and Participation Terms

Summary
This document sets out the rules for the total of 30,000 TRY in usage credit distributed under the Onysoft AI Gateway Developer Support Program. Credits cannot be converted to cash, transferred or refunded; they may only be spent on the models listed below and within 6 months. Applications are open throughout November 2026 and results are announced on 1 December 2026. One Onysoft account may submit one application per period. In case of misuse the credit is cancelled; no data is deleted.

1. Program Operator
1.1
The Onysoft AI Gateway Developer Support Program (the "Program") is operated by Onysoft Veri Merkezi Sistemleri Yazılım Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("Onysoft").

The Program is not a contest. Its purpose is to let developers building in Türkiye work without being blocked by model costs.
2. Purpose and Scope
2.1
The Program provides usage credit on the Onysoft AI Gateway to individuals and small teams building a product or project that uses artificial intelligence.
2.2
A total of 30,000 TRY in usage credit is distributed. This is not a cash payment; it is a balance that may only be used for model usage on Onysoft.
2.3
Credit tiers and number of recipients:

2.4
Onysoft decides how the 2,000 TRY evaluation reserve is used; it may not be distributed at all.

The Program creates no employment relationship, partnership, investment or service commitment. The credit is a grant and no right, licence or transfer of ownership is requested in return for Onysoft.
3. Who May Apply
3.1
A valid Onysoft account with a verified e-mail address is required. The application form is only shown to signed-in users.
3.2
Eligible applicants:
- (a)Independent developers with a working product, prototype or public repository,
- (b)Students and student teams,
- (c)Small teams of at most a few people, and newly founded companies,
- (d)Projects built in Türkiye, working in Turkish or serving users in Türkiye.
3.3
Only one person applies on behalf of a team. Multiple applications for the same project are not accepted.
3.4
One Onysoft account may submit one application per application period. This rule is also enforced technically.
3.5
Employees of Onysoft and their immediate family members may not apply.
4. Timeline
4.1

4.2
The form is closed outside the application window; applications submitted outside this period are not accepted.
4.3
Onysoft reserves the right to change the timeline. Any change is announced on the program page.
5. Evaluation
5.1
Applications are scored out of 100 points:

5.2
The second criterion (Onysoft usage) is not entered manually: the request count, active days, model variety and spend of the applicant account over the last 30 and 90 days are calculated automatically from our own records. An application with no usage history scores 0 on this criterion and is still evaluated on the remaining 75 points.
5.3
If scores are tied, the higher first-criterion score, then the higher second-criterion score, then the earlier submission date takes precedence.
5.4
Every applicant is interviewed. The interview may be by phone, video call or in writing. An applicant who does not respond to two invitations is excluded from the evaluation.
5.5
Onysoft reserves the right to reject any application and to accept none. Decisions are final.
The scores and their rationale are recorded; an applicant who asks is given the rationale for their own application.
6. Use of the Credit
6.1
The credit is loaded as a balance onto an Onysoft project opened in the name of the selected applicant. The applicant sees the API key of that project in their dashboard.
6.2
The credit may only be spent on Claude models and on models with the :tr suffix. The allowed model list is defined on the project; a request for a model outside the list is rejected.
6.3
:tr models are free today and will be priced from 1 November 2026. After that date the credit is also spent on :tr models.
6.4
The credit is spent at the list price in effect in the dashboard. When the balance is exhausted requests are rejected; the balance does not go negative.
6.5
The credit is valid for 6 (six) months, starting on the date it is loaded. When the period ends the project is suspended and any remaining balance can no longer be used.

The credit cannot be converted to cash, transferred to another account or person, refunded, or set off against another payment. No claim may be made for any balance remaining at the end of the period.
6.6
Selected projects are given a raised :tr request limit for the duration of the Program. The limit values are set by Onysoft and communicated to the recipient.
When the period ends or the credit is cancelled, no data is deleted; the project and its usage records remain as they are and only new requests are refused.
7. Prohibitions and Misuse
7.1
The following are strictly prohibited:
- (a)Sharing, selling or renting the program key to third parties,
- (b)Using the credit for work other than the project described in the application,
- (c)Resale: offering model access to others through an intermediary service funded by the credit,
- (d)False statements in the application, or presenting someone else's project as one's own,
- (e)Generating artificial traffic in order to influence the second evaluation criterion,
- (f)Any use contrary to the Onysoft Acceptable Use Policy.
7.2
If a violation is found the credit is cancelled, the project is suspended and the applicant may be excluded from future periods. No data is deleted; the violation record remains in the audit trail.
7.3
The number of distinct IP addresses using the program key is monitored. If an unusual distribution is seen, the applicant is asked about it.
8. Intellectual Property and Visibility
8.1
All rights in the applicant's project, source code and data remain with the applicant. The Program transfers no rights.
8.2
Case study and reference permission is OPTIONAL and does not affect acceptance. Unless that permission is given, Onysoft does not publicly announce the applicant's name or project.
8.3
Recipients are announced publicly only with the separate permission of the applicant concerned.
9. Changes and Disputes
9.1
If the text of these rules changes, the version number is increased and the new version is published on the program page. The version accepted at the time of application is the version that applies to that application.
9.2
Onysoft reserves the right to stop the Program at any stage. If the Program is stopped, credits already loaded remain valid for their term.
9.3
These rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İzmir have jurisdiction over disputes.
