Case Study and Reference Permission
This is a courtesy translation. In case of any inconsistency, the Turkish text prevails.
Summary
This permission is ENTIRELY OPTIONAL and does not affect whether your application is accepted. If you give it and your project is selected, Onysoft may announce your name and project and prepare a case study with you. Any text to be published is shown to you beforehand. You may withdraw the permission at any time.

1. What the Permission Covers
1.1
By this document you give explicit consent for Onysoft Veri Merkezi Sistemleri Yazılım Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("Onysoft") to share your name, team name and project for promotional purposes if you are selected under the Onysoft AI Gateway Developer Support Program.
1.2
What may be shared if you agree:
- (a)Your name or your team/company name,
- (b)The name of your project, a short description and its public web address,
- (c)A technical account of which Onysoft models the project uses and how,
- (d)Quotations from a short interview with you, approved by you,
- (e)Screenshots or a logo that you provide.
1.3
What is never shared, even with your permission:
- (a)Your contact details from the application form (phone, e-mail, address),
- (b)The credit amount you received and your evaluation scores,
- (c)Interview notes,
- (d)The raw figures of your usage records,
- (e)Your project's trade secrets, source code and customer data.
2. How It Works
2.1
Any text and images to be published are shown to you BEFORE publication. Nothing you have not approved is published.
2.2
Sharing may take place through Onysoft's website, blog, newsletter and social media accounts. As social platforms may be located abroad, this may constitute a transfer abroad.
2.3
No separate payment is made for the sharing; a case study is not consideration for the credit.
3. Withdrawing the Permission
3.1
You may withdraw the permission at any time, without giving a reason, by writing to info@onysoft.com.
3.2
Upon withdrawal, content on channels under Onysoft's own control is removed within a reasonable period. Onysoft has no control over content quoted or archived by third parties.
3.3
Withdrawing the permission does not affect your credit; it remains valid for its term.
Your consent record and your withdrawal record are retained as consent evidence and are not deleted.
