Version 1.0 — effective date: 22.09.2026 Onysoft GPU Sharing Program Applies to individual and corporate applications

This English version is provided for convenience only. The Turkish text is authoritative; in case of any discrepancy the Turkish version prevails.

In short This policy explains how the program software, devices and own-use access within the Onysoft GPU Sharing Program may not be used. Producing unlawful or harmful content, modifying the program or sending misleading information, installing the program on someone else's computer without permission and breaching model licences are prohibited. Breaches lead to graduated measures ranging from a warning to termination of the agreement.

This summary is only meant to make reading easier; the numbered clauses below are binding.

1. Purpose and Scope

1.1

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) sets out the rules for using the Onysoft AI Gateway Node program, the devices linked to the program and the models running on those devices within the Onysoft GPU Sharing Program operated by Onysoft Veri Merkezi Sistemleri Yazılım Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“Onysoft”).

1.2

The Policy forms an integral part of the Individual Participation Agreement and the Corporate Participation Agreement and applies to all participants and to persons using the program on their behalf.

1.3

Rules on the general use of Onysoft AI Gateway services are set out in the Terms of Use at https://api.onysoft.com/terms; this Policy applies in addition to those rules.

2. General Prohibited Uses

2.1

The program, devices and own-use access may not be used, directly or indirectly, for:

(a)producing, requesting or distributing any content depicting the sexual abuse of children or sexualising children;
(b)planning, supporting or encouraging terrorism, violent extremism or acts causing mass harm;
(c)assisting in the production of weapons, explosives, or chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear threats;
(d)developing malware, ransomware or unauthorised access tools; unauthorised access to information systems, denial-of-service attacks or exploitation of security vulnerabilities;
(e)fraud, phishing, forging documents, impersonation or producing content intended to deceive others;
(f)unlawfully collecting or processing personal data, profiling or surveillance;
(g)producing hate speech, harassment, threats, discrimination or content attacking personal rights;
(h)infringing intellectual property rights, trade secrets or contractual confidentiality obligations;
(i)producing fake content and misleading campaigns intended to manipulate elections or public opinion;
(j)producing or sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam);
(k)any other activity contrary to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye or of the country in which the participant is located.

3. Program-Specific Prohibitions

3.1

Participants also may not:

(a)install the Onysoft AI Gateway Node program on computers they do not own or have no right to use (including workplace, school, public institution, internet café or rented computers) without the owner's express permission;
(b)hide the program so that it runs in the background without the owner's knowledge, or use it to consume resources on other people's computers;
(c)modify, decompile (except where mandatory law permits), repackage or distribute the program to third parties, or use copies downloaded from sources other than the Dashboard;
(d)send false information about hardware, speed test results, model status, program version or job results, or attempt to mislead the hardware tier;
(e)attempt to detect, block, alter or treat Onysoft test requests differently; alter or truncate job responses or replace them with content produced from another source;
(f)copy the device access key to another device, share device codes or account credentials with others, or link a device to another person's account;
(g)attempt to capture, decrypt or alter traffic between the program and our servers; overload our servers or use speed test endpoints for other purposes;
(h)offer or resell free own-use access to third parties as a paid service without Onysoft's written permission;
(i)use the program in breach of the contract of their internet service provider or hosting provider.

4. Model Licences

4.1

Each model used in the program is subject to the licence set by its developer. Onysoft does not own the models; a participant who downloads and runs a model is obliged to comply with its licence terms.

4.2

Models in the program catalogue are shown in two classes according to their licence terms:

Class	Description
Permissive open licence	Licences such as Apache 2.0 and MIT that generally permit commercial use, modification and redistribution. The licence text and any notice files must be preserved.
Licence with special conditions	Licences such as the Gemma Terms of Use or the Llama Community License that include their own acceptable use policies, usage limits or additional obligations. These models appear in the catalogue after Onysoft's licence review, and the program shows a short note on the licence terms.

4.3

A participant who downloads a model subject to a licence with special conditions confirms that they have read and will comply with the licence terms and the prohibited use policies referenced by the licence. The prohibitions in these licences apply in addition to this Policy.

4.4

Some licences may require separate permission for organisations of a certain size or for certain types of use. Meeting these conditions is the participant's responsibility, particularly for corporate participants.

4.5

Licence summaries shown in the catalogue are for information only; the licence text published by the model developer is binding.

5. Responsibility for Own-Use Content

5.1

The participant is responsible for the use of the requests they send to their own device and the responses they receive. Responses produced by AI models may contain inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information; they do not replace expert advice in areas such as health, law or finance.

5.2

The participant uses third-party personal data in their requests only where there is a lawful basis for doing so.

6. Monitoring and Enforcement

6.1

Onysoft may use event records, job and usage records, test request results and automated checks to monitor compliance with this Policy and the security and correct operation of the program. Such monitoring is limited to the records described in the GPU Sharing Program Privacy Notice (KVKK); Onysoft does not access personal files on the participant's device.

6.2

Where a breach is suspected, Onysoft may ask the participant for an explanation and may temporarily stop sharing on the relevant device during the investigation.

7. Measures in Case of Breach

7.1

In case of breach of this Policy, Onysoft may apply one or more of the following measures depending on the severity and repetition of the breach and the risks it creates:

(a)a written warning and a deadline to remedy the breach;
(b)temporarily stopping sharing on the relevant device;
(c)revoking the access key of the relevant device;
(d)withdrawing approval of the application and terminating the participation agreement;
(e)restricting or closing the account under the Onysoft AI Gateway Terms of Use;
(f)notifying competent authorities where required by law;
(g)claiming compensation for damage suffered.

7.2

In serious breaches such as child abuse, serious security threats or unauthorised installation on others' computers, termination and notification may follow directly without applying the earlier steps.

7.3

The participant may send an objection to a measure, with reasons, to info@onysoft.com. Objections are reviewed within a reasonable period.

8. Reporting Breaches and Vulnerabilities

8.1

If you notice use contrary to this Policy or a security vulnerability in the program, please send the details to info@onysoft.com. We ask you not to disclose vulnerabilities publicly before a reasonable period has been given to fix them.

9. Changes

9.1

This Policy may be updated in accordance with the amendment provisions of the participation agreements. The current version is published on this page with its version number and effective date.
